Cancellation Policy

Free Appointments Free appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge. Please provide as much advance notice as possible. Paid Appointments Paid appointments are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Appointments missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited without refund or credit. Programs & Packages Programs and packages are purchased as complete engagements. Before a program begins, cancellation is permitted and amounts paid will be refunded less nonrecoverable processing fees, assessments, materials, or other client-specific costs already incurred. Once the program begins, fees are nonrefundable. Individual sessions may be rescheduled according to the applicable program terms. Failure to attend, participate, or complete a program does not create a right to a refund. Events & Workshops Cancellations before an event begins are subject to the refund terms and deadlines stated for that event. Once an event begins, registration fees are nonrefundable. Nonattendance does not create a right to a refund. Credits When permitted by the applicable offering, a credit may be issued toward the registration or program fee of a future offering. Credits are not guaranteed admission or prepaid tickets. Any price difference is the participant’s responsibility. Credits have no cash value and do not apply to lodging, travel, meals, materials, merchandise, or other additional costs unless specifically stated. Cancellation by Transformationship If we cannot provide a paid service or reasonable alternative, we will provide an appropriate refund or credit for the portion we cannot fulfill. Specific programs or events may have additional terms. When applicable, those terms or a signed agreement govern that offering.
