Exceptionalism
Exceptionalism is rarely one dramatic act. It is the cumulative effect of ordinary responsibilities handled with unusual competence, kindness, consistency, and respect. A simple visit to an auto parts store demonstrated how culture is communicated through hundreds of small interactions. Products and prices can often be matched, but character and trustworthy service are much harder to duplicate. That is how organizations earn loyalty rather than merely complete transactions
